I gave this place a two-star rating because the initial two doctors who performed my implant surgery were fantastic and did an excellent job. However, I recently visited for my impressions for my crown, which is the final step in the process. It has been an absolute nightmare to get in touch with anyone at the office! I was informed that my implant needed to be sent to a lab and would arrive within 2-3 weeks. Clearly, this was a lie because it has been a month and still nothing. I went into the office to inquire, and they told me it would arrive on August 26th and that they would call me immediately. Of course, no one called. I’m currently on hold as I finally got someone on the phone, but they placed me back on hold for over 30 minutes and never returned. I’m extremely annoyed and dissatisfied with this experience. I also paid for everything, so I would have gone elsewhere if this hadn’t been the case.

Great place. Pleasant staff. I really need to let you know that Chris is an awesome young man and really knows what he is doing. He did an awesome job on adjusting my dentures. Just one amazing, polite and caring young man. ❤️❤️

Getting appointments is easy once you’re in the office but trying to contact via phone is impossible. Responding to text message after they send you one has been the only way to have them call us back. Haven’t seen the ‘dentist’ since extractions were completed. Still trying to get proper fit and refund on services that were not performed (our choice not to get implants after paying in full). Refund is in process but took talking to 8 different people to get it moving forward. Cannot change locations once final denture is given to you. Navigating final denture adjustments has been the most difficult process. The phrase ‘it’s how your mouth is’ is repeated continuously versus looking for error in mold. Dental tech does not speak English so communicating changes is not easy. Exton location closed unexpectedly so now the drive is an hour away. *dentures were not for me but a family member. I take care of costs, navigate appointments and attend their visits 90% of time.

Visited today for my daughter’s appt and was blown away by the kindness of an employee. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and professional demeanor by Anais ! She checked us in and walked us to the room when it came time and answered every question professionally and respectfully. Her knowledge was so helpful. I was truly impressed. The world has become so cold but her warmth was everything I didn’t know i needed. Her energy and kindness was appreciated. Shot out to Anais, she definitely brought smiles to our face and warmth to our hearts ! My daughter thought she was awesome too!

BEWARE BEWARE of this Affordable Dentures in Wyomissing, PA. We are FURIOUS with them. This is the 4th time a tooth has fallen out of my husbands dentures over a course of a few months. Each time it is a different tooth that falls out. We discovered that the WARRANTY is FALSELY DATED. It should be dated 2025, NOT 2024. My husband was in the HOSPITAL in FLORIDA for the whole month of MARCH and we can PROVE it. The WARRANTY is for 3 YEARS. March 2025 to March 2028. But because we MOVED back to FLORIDA, Affordable Dentures in Wyomissing is REFUSING to HONOR the WARRANTY to RESOLVE the problem. We PAID $3,000 for a sent of dentures that are worth a penny at this point. My husband deserves a BRAND NEW SET of DENTURES at NO COST to us!!! Every time a tooth falls out we're paying $150 for Affordable Dentures in Ocala, Florida to repair them. We want the Wyomissing Affordable Dentures to pay the Ocala, Florida Affordable Dentures to make my husband a NEW SET of dentures that will not fall apart week after week. I will NOT quit fighting for a NEW SET of dentures for my husband until this is resolved. It's NOT ACCEPTABLE to not honor a warranty just because we moved out of state. I had a set
